At the end of this section, you will be able to:

  3. Discuss the positive and negative effects of stress

  4. Describe the short and long term effects of stress on people

  5. Describe the Stressor-Response Chain
  6. Practice relaxation techniques to reduce stress response
  7. ​Plan and prepare an informative and interesting 1 hour presentation on Stress Management for the general public using:

           Appropriate learning outcomes

    • A selection of suitable presentation methods
