To familiarise you with the roles and functions  of HRM in a small to medium sized business


Learning Outcomes

At the end of this section, you will be able to:

  2. Describe the layout and content of a business plan

  3. Discuss the SWOT Analysis tool and its application to a small to medium sized business

  4. Describe the types of  employee records that need to be kept by a small to medium sized business

  5. Describe the various types of budgets and budget development

  6. Describe a cash flow analysis

  7. Describe the purpose and methods of bank reconciliation
