To familiarise you with the basic concepts of learning theories and their application when presenting to a group/audience.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of this section, you will be able to:

  1. Define the term 'Learning Theories'.

  2. Explain the fundamentals of the following learning theories:

    • Behaviourism

    • Constructivism

    • Cognitivism

    • Multiple Intelligences

  3. Describe how the above theories could effect your presentation of Lifestyle Management material to a group of people.
